Farwell Studio offers actor training for committed students new to the craft and coaching for career actors who are continuing growth as artists. The studio is based on the original teachings of Sanford Meisner.
Doug Farwell has been a professional teacher since 1999. He spent over six years training and teaching under Kathryn Gately, nationally recognized as one of the top three master Meisner teachers and a respected student of Sanford Meisner. Douglas is part of the direct teaching lineage of Sanford Meisner and his proven approach to actor training. Doug holds an MFA from the actor training program at Northern Illinois University.
